WP Backup Monitor Terms of Service

WP Backup Monitor is an internal maintenance tool used to create backups, check file changes, and send security reports for WordPress websites managed by the website owner.

Authorized use

This tool is intended only for the website owner and authorized technical administrators. It must not be used to access, copy, or modify Google Drive files without permission from the Google account owner.

Backup operations

The tool may create compressed WordPress database and uploads backups, compare backup hashes, upload changed backup files to the configured Google Drive folder, and delete old backup files according to the retention policy.

Security responsibilities

The website owner is responsible for keeping WordPress administrator accounts, Google accounts, two-factor authentication, and server credentials secure. The technical administrator may update the tool when needed for security or reliability.

Availability

The tool is provided for website protection and maintenance. Backup execution may depend on server availability, Google Drive availability, network connectivity, and valid Google OAuth authorization.
